摘要:
      目的 比较脊柱侧凸患者血液中微量元素硒含量与健康人群的差异,探讨微量元素硒和脊柱侧凸的相关性。方法 选取2015年7月—2016年2月山西医科大学第二医院骨科门诊及住院治疗的40例特发性脊柱侧凸(IS)患者(IS组,手术治疗20例,非手术治疗20例)、20例先天性脊柱侧凸(CS)患者(CS组)及20名体检正常志愿者(对照组),测定其血液中微量元素硒的含量并进行比较。结果 IS组血硒含量为(85.9±36.9)μg/L,其中手术组为(62.6±24.0)μg/L,非手术组为(109.1±32.9)μg/L;CS组血硒含量为(156.8±40.5)μg/L;对照组血硒含量为(182.9±78.4)μg/L。两两比较,IS手术组和非手术组血硒含量均低于CS组和对照组,且IS手术组明显低于IS非手术组,差异均有统计学意义(P < 0.05);CS组和对照组血硒含量差异无统计学意义(P > 0.05)。IS患者血硒含量与Cobb角呈负相关。结论 IS患者血硒含量显著降低,且血硒含量与Cobb角之间具有负相关关系。

Abstract:
      Objective To compare the difference of blood selenium content between scoliosis patients and normal subjects, and explore the correlation between blood selenium content and scoliosis.Methods A total of 40 patients with idiopathic scoliosis(IS group, 20 with operative treatment, 20 with non-operative treatment), 20 patients with congenital scoliosis (CS group) and 20 normal volunteers(control group) were enrolled in the study and compare the content of trace element selenium in the blood.Results The blood selenium content was (85.9±36.9)μg/L in the IS group (62.6±24.0)μg/L in the operative group,(109.1±32.9)μg/L in the non-operative group,(156.8±40.5)μg/L in the CS group, and (182.9±78.4)μg/L in the control group. Pairwise comparison revealed the blood selenium contents in the IS operative group and the nonoperative group were lower than those in the CS group and the control group, and the content was significantly lower in the IS operative group than in the IS non-operative group, and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in blood selenium content between the CS group and control group(P > 0.05). The blood selenium content of IS patients was negatively correlated with Cobb's angle.Conclusion The blood selenium content may significantly decrease in IS patients, and there is a negative correlation between blood selenium content and Cobb's angle.
