| 目的 评价经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除射频热疗纤维环成形术治疗腰椎椎间盘突出症的短期疗效。方法 2008年1月～2008年7月手术治疗腰椎椎间盘突出症患者57例，于术后1周及1年随访，采用视觉模拟量表（visual analog scale，VAS）评分及改良的Macnab评分评估疗效。结果 所有患者术后均未发生严重并发症。术后1周及术后1年VAS评分较术前分别有明显好转，其差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；参照改良的Macnab疗效评价标准，术后1周优良率达93.0%，术后1年优良率达94.7%。结论 经皮椎间孔镜下髓核摘除射频热疗纤维环成形术治疗腰椎椎间盘突出症疗效确切，术后并发症少，术后1年内疗效保持稳定。 |

| Objective To evaluate the short-term clinical effect of percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with radiofrequency annuloplasty on lumbar disc herniation (LDH). Methods From January 2008 to July 2008, 57 patients with LDH underwent surgical treatment and were followed up 1 week and 1 year after operation. The visual analogue scale (VAS) and modified Macnab's criteria were used to assess the clinical outcomes. Results No serious postoperative complications occurred. The VAS score decreased 1 week and 1 year postoperatively. Compared with preoperative VAS, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). According to the modified Macnab's criteria, 93.0% and 94.7% of the patients showed excellent and good outcomes 1 week and 1 year after operation, respectively. Conclusion Percutaneous transforaminal endoscopic discectomy combined with radiofrequency annuloplasty is effective in the treatment of LDH, with less complications. The therapeutic effect is stable during the first year after operation. |
